This procedure is hardwired for odd Rhomboidal quadratic
grid truncation. Given the total number of zonal waves i
Mmax (Jmax=0) calculates the rhomboidal resolution Mmax-1
for the number of longitudes (Imax), the number of latitudes
(Jmax) and the Gaussian latitudes for this Jmax.
Or given the number of latitudes Jmax (Mmax any) calculates
only the Gaussian latitudes for the given Jmax

Usage :
./Run_GRhoResGL Mmax [Jmax]

Default:
Mmax = 126 ; Jmax = 0

Mmax : Rhomb+1, Rhomb is the zonal wave truncation (Rhomb odd number)
Mmax must be an even number and MOD(Mmax,2)=0
Jmax : number of Gaussian latitudes

Run
./Run_GRhoResGL Mmax
to generate the file ./dataout/RB(Mmax-1) and ./dataout/GLats.RB(Mmax-1)
that will be read by another procedures

Or run
./Run_GRhoResGL_All
to generate at dataout all the files:

RB0031, RB0039, RB0047, RB0063, RB0125, RB0131,
RB0197, RB0263, RB0295, RB0327, RB0395,
GLats.RB0031, GLats.RB0039, GLats.RB0047,
GLats.RB0063, GLats.RB0125, GLats.RB0131,
GLats.RB0197, GLats.RB0263, GLats.RB0295,
GLats.RB0327, GLats.RB0395 and GLats.J0450

The files RB(Mmax-1) have at the first record Imax and Jmax
and at the second record deltax and mean deltay in degree
and also in quilometers
The file GLats.RB(Mmax-1) have the Gaussian latitudes for
the respective resolution and the file GLats.J0450 has the
Gaussian latitudes for the case SMNAH.

Imax : number of longitudes (at least 3*Mmax, for quadratic grid truncation)
Imax must be in the form : 2**n1 x 3**n2 x 5**n3, due to FFT
       where n1=1,2,3,... ; n2=0,1,2,3,... ; n3=0,1,2,3,...
Imax should be a number in that format just above 3*Mmax
Jmax : number of gaussian latitudes (at least 5*Mmax/2, or 5*Imax/6)
Jmaxh=Jmax/2 must be a even number of latitudes by hemisphere and
Jmaxh/2 must be even due some coding logics, then MOD(Jmax,4)=0
The procedure Get_Rhomb_Res.f90 take care of this.

Notes:

1 - There is some selected cases for
    Mmax = 32, 40, 48, 64, 126, 132,
    198, 264, 296, 328 and 396.

2 - It is necessary to do:
    ./Run_GRhoResGL 126 450
to generate GLats.J0450 for use in the case of the
time mean of ZCAS for SMNAH

3 - At the file ./output/Get_Rhomb_Res.RB(Mmax-1).out
    there are additional informations like:
dx, dy in degree and kilometers.
