1 - Run_VDecomp

    Performs the Vertical Modal Decomposition and Gnerate Files with
    Modal Vertical Energy and Normalized Zonal Wind, Meridional Wind
    and Geopotential Height

    To get help with arguments do:
    ./Run_VDecomp -h

    To run the korn shell do:
    ./Run_VDecomp caso epoca CaseStudy Mean Mmax

2 - run_Triplet

    Performs the Vertical Modal Decomposition and Gnerate Files with
    Modal Vertical Energy and Normalized Zonal Wind, Meridional Wind
    and Geopotential Height for the Triplet Case

    To get help with arguments do:
    ./run_Triplet -h

    To run the korn shell do:
    ./run_Triplet caso Mmax

3 - run_RainRS

    Performs the Vertical Modal Decomposition and Gnerate Files with
    Modal Vertical Energy and Normalized Zonal Wind, Meridional Wind
    and Geopotential Height for the RainRS Case

    To get help with arguments do:
    ./run_RainRS -h

    To run the korn shell do:

4 - run_SaoSebastiao

    Performs the Vertical Modal Decomposition and Gnerate Files with
    Modal Vertical Energy and Normalized Zonal Wind, Meridional Wind
    and Geopotential Height for the SaoSebastiao Case

    To get help with arguments do:
    ./run_SaoSebastiao -h

    To run the korn shell do:
    ./run_SaoSebastiao caso Mmax

5 - Take care, if you run these korn shell scripts without arguments,
    it will be runned for the default case
