1 - Run_Hough:

    Generate Files with the Hough Functions and Its Derivatives
    for the Reference Case

    To see a help do:
    ./Run_Hough -h

    To run the korn shell script do:
    ./Run_Hough nhn Mmax

2 - Run_Hough_All

    Runs ./Run_Hough for all the Vertical Modes

    To see a help do:
    ./Run_Hough_All -h

    To run the korn shell script do:
    ./Run_Hough_All Kmax Mmax

3 - Take care, if you run these korn shell scripts without arguments,
    it will be runned for the default case
