The file FTN_Compiler is included at all the makefiles.
     It is tested only gfortran and ifort at egeon.
     The default is ifort. If you desired to change the compiler
     edit the file FTN_Compiler to do that. 
     The format inside FTN_Compiler must be maintained to the 
     makefiles work and cannot change the names of the variables: 
     FTC FOPT and NFDIR
     because it is assumed these names at all makefiles.

1 -  GNU compiler at egeon:
     FTC=gfortran
     Options for gfortan: You Can Add More Options at FOPT if Desired
     FOPT=-O3

     NFDIR is the Directory for Netcdf FORTRAN Library
     Used Only in Compilation at 
     ${dirhome}/Modal_Energetics/Version_3.1/Data_Pressure/Get_Netcdf/source/Makefile
     For gfortran at egeon:
     NFDIR=/opt/ohpc/pub/libs/gnu9/openmpi4/netcdf-fortran/4.5.3

2 -  Intel compiler at egeon:
     FTC=ifort
     Options for ifort: You Can Add More Options at FOPT if Desired
     FOPT=-O3
